SRM Fitness is a private personal training gym in the Edmond & Northwest OKC area owned and operated by Sara McCauley, an NASM, GGS, and TPI-certified personal trainer. SRM Fitness specializes in one-on-one personal training experiences, custom fitness programs, and golf performance training. Through goal-oriented functional training programs, Sara has guided men and women of all ages and fitness levels toward improved strength, mobility, and overall health. As a seasoned golf performance trainer, Sara’s golf-specific workouts have helped junior, collegiate, and professional golfers hit the ball with more efficiency and power by overcoming issues in their body-swing connection.

Armed with dual TPI certifications and the TPI screening process, SRM Fitness is able to evaluate golfers for physical limitations inhibiting their performance, identify key issues in their body-swing connection, and develop customized training programs to attack those limitations. As a result, golfers get to play the game they love longer and injury free.
