I started working with Sara about 15 months ago right after I turned 59. The initial physical screening with Sara really opened my eyes as to how poor my mobility and stability actually were. It also accurately predicted how these physical limitations were impacting my golf swing. Right after the screening I started working with Sara on golf fitness training one hour per week. These sessions have really made a dramatic difference not only in reducing my lower back pain, but have led to significant improvements in my flexibility and stability. My golf swing has definitely gotten more consistent. I have noticed a pretty significant increase in average driver distance. I have gone to group classes which can be fun, but when you train with Sara she is highly engaged with your form to prevent injuries and take care of your joints and body long term.
